SHIPPING POLICY
We ship anywhere in the world using USPS Priority Mail. This service allows us to offer standard delivery in 3-5 business days (and express delivery in 1-3 business days) depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Atlanta, Georgia. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Although we try our best to deliver your items in a speedy fashion, does not guarantee specific delivery times. Please Note: MODEL AMORE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). By completing a purchase with MODEL AMORE you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're not completely obsess with your purchase, it's totally fine. You have 3 days from the time you receive it to request store credit. If you items was sale or purchased using a discount code, you will not be able to request a store credit. Contact us with you name, order number, the item(s) being returned and, your reason for returning.
Once we have received your email reply with your return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return. Please allow up to 72 hours for a return authorization email.

Once you get your return authorization email, head to your favorite shipping carrier and send the item(s) back to us. You will need to purchase a shipping label. MODEL AMORE, is not responsible for shipping cost. Once your item(s) has been received, we will email you your store credit redemption info within 5-7 business days.
